Is membership free?
Yes. Create a free member account to explore the community.
How do I buy an item?
Sign in, visit a creator’s store and choose an available item. Review the price, shipping and checkout total before paying. Purchasing depends on the creator’s account being approved and ready for payments.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use Forgot Password to request a reset.
How do I get help with an order?
Contact Admin or email admin@vidhubnorth.com. Include your order reference and a description of the issue. Never send your password or card details.
Creators
How do I open my store?
Create a creator account, then sign in to your Creator Studio / Office. Complete your profile, add your items and submit your verification. Your account and verification must be approved before your store appears in the public creator and category lists.
What verification is required?
Provide your government-issued ID and address through the verification process in your account. A head-and-shoulders photo is not required. Contact Admin if you need help.
What does VidHub North charge?
VidHub North’s platform commission is 8% per sale. Payment processing fees are separate. No sale, no platform commission.
How do I connect payments?
Use Connect with Stripe in your Creator Studio / Office and complete Stripe’s secure onboarding with your real details. Complete any outstanding requirements before accepting live payments.
Do products and profile pictures need manual approval?
Products and profile pictures do not require individual manual approval. Creator account verification is separate. Admin can remove unsuitable content.
Can I use a company logo?
Yes. You can use your company logo as your main profile picture.
How do I add shipping charges?
Enter the shipping charge when adding or editing a product, then check the product page before sharing your store.
